WHO WE ARE

Lease-Finance prides itself on its reputation in the New England banking and business communities as illustrated by its long-term relationships. Management comes from a banking background, having previously built bank equipment leasing operations. This experience allows Lease-Finance to bring a myriad of abilities and Resources to the business community to create solutions.

Lease-Finance Resources, Inc. was founded in 1983 to serve the emerging market of thrift institutions with earning assets. Despite the bank closings of the early 1990's, and later consolidation, Lease-Finance has maintained active relationships with many New England banks for over twenty years.

The company has provided W.B. Mason Company, and other equipment suppliers, with leasing services to help them make the sale. Our Office-Lease program has written leases of all sizes for W. B. Mason office furniture sales since 1985. The underwriting of a competitive, tax-exempt lease secured a $600,000 sale with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
